Refund Policy

If you are not happy, unused purchased credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Send us the order number from the email on your account.

• Credits already spent on AI actions are not refundable, because we pay the AI provider for them.
• Welcome credits have no cash value.
• If an AI action fails, its credits are released automatically and never charged.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method through our merchant of record.

Where local consumer law gives you more rights, those rights apply.
